Our spring Intro to Ballroom workshops begin March 13. Spread
the word and be prepared to come and be available as a volunteer
lead (or follow) if required. Our spring schedule is currently in the
works.

The VBDS will be participating in the 50+ Active Living
Celebration on Friday, March 5th in the Pearkes Recreation
Centre, near Tillicum Mall.

We will be staffing a table there in two hour shifts, from
10 am to 4 pm. We need pairs of volunteers for each two-hour
period. There will also be a 15 minute Demo, from 11:30 - 11:45
for which dancers of every level are required.

SUNDAY GOLD/COMPETITOR STANDARD PRACTICE will be from
noon to 2 pm, for those who have completed at least a year of
Gold, or who compete at the Silver level or above.
