Imperial Social Club Ballroom Style Dance

Normally, 2nd Saturday of each month, from 8 to 11:30
Chief & Petty Officers' Club, (just before Dockyard gates).
Cost: $8 for members and $10 for non-members. Membership is $15/yr prorated.

Nanaimo Ballroom Dance Society

In addition to the Island Fantasy Ball and various dinner dances and special events throughout the year, NBDS has regularly scheduled dances:

1. First Friday of each month - ballroom dance at Bowen Park Auditorium in Nanaimo (on Bowen Road).
2. Third or Fourth Saturday of each month - ballroom dance at Nanoose Place Recreation Centre in Nanoose Bay (NW Bay Road).

The workshops start at 7:30 and the dances go from 8:30 to 11:30.  Cost is $6 for members (including VBDS members), and $10 for non-members; add an additional $2 for the workshop.
